Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation and refund conditions for a worry-free stay.
After this period, fees may apply.
1. Free cancellation period
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date (check-in time: 14:00). Any cancellation made within this period will result in no charges.
2. Late cancellation
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, or in case of no-show, the establishment reserves the right to charge a fee corresponding to the first night of your stay. The amount of this fee may vary depending on the room type and rate chosen.
Please note : If you have booked a room with a deposit required, the deposit may be retained in case of late cancellation. The remaining amount will not be charged.
3. Early departure
In case of early departure before the scheduled check-out date, the nights not consumed will not be refunded. We thank you for informing the reception in advance so that we can assist you.
4. Modification of reservation
Any modification to your reservation (dates, room type, number of guests) is subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. We recommend contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email to make changes.
5. Special offers and promotions
Reservations made under a special promotional offer or discount may be subject to specific cancellation conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer at the time of booking.
